This hotel offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price and is conveniently located near the airport, downtown, lighthouses, and shopping areas.

Easy access to the Double Tree Hotel where I had to go for a Conference. Clean and very very quiet, there was no noise in the hallway, or from other rooms...I was impressed, but I also chose to have a room on the top floor, with a nice view of South Porland..

I did not like the fact that there were only four handicapped parking spaces, and both nights that I came back to the hotel, I had no place to park, and had to go inside to the front desk, on the Second night, Saturday, I got back to the hotel after 11 pm, and when I went inside to tell them that I have a handicapped sticker, and no place to park, the young womand behind the counter gave me an attitude. But the night before one of the staff went out and moved her car so I could park near the entrance, there is a reason people have handicapped stickers, just because someone does not have a walker, cane, or other visible means of a handicap does not mean that they do not have a disability ie; Asthma, heart problems, etc. The Handicapped spaces need to be increased near the front entrance to the hotel, they also had snow removal equipment, and two Hotel vehicles parked where patrons of the Hotel should have been able to have access to park...

We had quite comfortable time at the hotel and would stay here again. Everything was great, nonetheless we stayed for 2 nights only...

This place offers a great location for those in transit or needing to be near the airport, along with a good variety of food options nearby.

Friendly staff. Plenty of parking, out door eating area(didn't know about it til after we were checking out). Clean rooms, easy to get to from freeway.

Elevator was broken, had to lug our luggage down the stairs. Free breakfast was good but so terrible packed with people. Dining are too small for hotel.

Very comfortable, convenient location and friendly staff. Comfort Inns seem to have a new high standard for customer comfort and I can highly recommend them to friends and family.

I really enjoyed my stay here; it was a wonderful experience. the hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the Maine Mall and the Old Port. Plus, it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Waves Indoor Waterpark, which was a great bonus!

Noise from Airport went on pretty late and having a 3 year old with the noise made it difficult. The beds sheets were upside down and kept coming off,bathroom tub had hair in it and dirty on the floor . The bathroom was really small and the toilet ran off amd on .Breakfast wasn't that great and morning staff weren't friendly or available. Had to go down the elevator twice because two cards didn't work finally gave us a different room.

Had a PLEASANT stay on vacation, everything was perfectly fine. The hotel's location was convenient, very close to Portland for medical appointments, a convenient area and old orchard beach, old port, Lenny the chocolate moose and Holy Donuts. It also was near airport.

This hotel offers a great variety of tasty food options, including toast, cereals, and delicious hot waffles.

Very convenient, close to 95 and the mall.

If I do not have early flight, I love the breakfast .

This hotel has recently updated rooms that include both a stylish bathroom and a comfortable bedroom.

It was in a great location for everything I wanted to see and do. I also loved the fact that there was coffee available at all times.

It was hard to find parking for not only myself, but other guess (that was on a Saturday). I parked on the grass and the hostess behind the front desk moved her car for a guest to park. I was not bothered by it as long as I was able to park on the grass.

It's by a shopping center and a mall

Don't have much for TV channel to watch at night and need a dvd's player to watch movies on
